- <p> Fifteen months of creative labor have finally paid off for
- Marilyn Quayle and her elder sister Nancy Northcott. Last week
- the Crown Publishing Group bought their novel, The Rage of the
- Lamb, which the siblings wrote via long-distance collaboration.
- Quayle and Northcott, who lives in Tennessee, exchanged their
- work through the mail on computer disks, each one editing the
- other's writing. The plot: Cuba's Fidel Castro dies, and the
- U.S. and the Soviet Union seek to take advantage of the
- situation. But a U.S. Senator, the book's hero, discovers
- deception in both governments.
